　緒言

　小脳橋角部腫瘍としては，聴神経腫瘍が代表的であり，典型的な症例の診断は容易である。しかし，軽微な聴力障害，平衡障害を主訴に耳鼻咽喉科を受診するもののなかにも，様々な小脳橋角部病変を有する症例が含まれている^1）。今回，われわれは，軽微な聴覚障害，平衡障害を主訴に受診した小脳橋角部クモ膜嚢胞の症例を経験したので，その神経耳科学的所見，および，画像所見を中心として報告する。

A 59-year-old woman with a subarachnoid cyst of cerebellopontine angle fell down and hit her head. A few days later, she developed slight disequilibrium and a hearing impairment.

A pure-tone audiogram demonstrated normal thresholds, but ABR indicated left retrocochlear lesions. Caloric tests showcd a reduced vestibular response in the left ear. These findings suggested a lesion in the left cerebellopontine angle.

MRI showed a large mass of the left cerebel-lopontine angle, and the intensity was compatible with that of CSF. Neurosurgery revealed a subarachnoid cyst.
