　はじめに

　頭頸部領域における神経鞘腫は比較的多く見られるが，局所に多発性に発症することはまれである。今回われわれは耳下腺から下顎骨に進展した多発性神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 24-year-old man complained of a mass in the left paroid region and inner surface of ramus of the mandible. This mass was suspected as a malignant parotid tumor or a dental origin tumor. The tumor was removed surgically, and it was found consisted of multiple nodes.

Pathological examination revealed benign neu-rilemmoma. Exact origin of this tumor could not be confirmed. In the head and neck region, multiple intraparotid neurilemmomas are very few, and only 5 cases have been reported in Japan.
