Ｉ．はじめに

　1個体に同時または時間を異にして原発性悪性腫瘍が発生するいわゆる重複癌は，発癌機序の解明の上から興味をもたれ，さまざまな解析がなされている。今回われわれは頭頸部領域内同時重複癌の2症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of synchronous multiple primary squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck were reported. The first case was a 54-year-oldfemale with carcinomas of the left faucial tonsil and the right fossa of Rosenmaller of the naso-pharynx. The second case was a 67-year-old male with carcinomas of the right oral floor, the right soft palate and the left anterior faucial pillar independently. After 2 courses of induction chemotherapy consisted of CDDP and PEP and 48 Gy external irradiation, the residual foci were controlled and he is alive without any carcinoma at time of this report. Incidence of primary multiple cancer and field cancerization were discussed.
