はじめに

　めまいを訴える症例のなかには中枢病変が存在し，典型的な症状を呈さない症例にも小脳梗塞などの中枢性患者が存在することを常に念頭におき鑑別をすすめていくことが重要である。今回われわれが経験した，CTで判別しえなかった小脳梗塞によるめまいの3症例を文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Abstract

　We experienced three cases of cerebellar infarction with vertigo. They had no findings in CT, but MRI showed the cerebellar infarction of PICA region. We sometimes encounter these kinds of vertigo caused by PICA region and they are difficult to diagnose, because the CT could not show them clearly. Then, they need to be interviewed in detail, careful history taking and neurotological examinations to make the diagnosis. Not only otolaryngologist, but also physicians should pay attention to these kinds of central vertigo which are invisible in CT.
