I．はじめに

　石灰化上皮腫は若年者の頭頸部領域に発生する良性腫瘍である。好発部位として頭頸部領域，上肢など^1～3）が挙げられる。皮膚科領域からの報告が多い^4～10）が，近年，耳鼻咽喉科領域からも報告例が散見されるようになってきた。

　今回われわれは，瘻孔を形成した非特異的外観を伴う石灰化上皮腫の1例を経験し，その発生機序を病理組織所見から考察したので報告する。

　A 14-year-old girl developed a calcifying epithelioma with infectious fistula on her left parotid region 9 months ago. She visited our clinic with a complaint of a swelling of the region. CT suggested this lesion contained a calcifying mass with high density. From these preoperative examinations,the tumor was diagnosed calcifying epithelioma. The tumor was completely extirpated without any complications. The definitive diagnosis of calcifying epithelioma was made by histopathological examination.

　The fistula formation and its infection might induce the growth of this tumor. We concluded that it was very important for diagnosis and treatment of calcifying epithelioma to understand its etiology and pathology even if the tumor presented atypical appearance.
