色素沈着を伴った石灰化上皮腫の1例

Calcifying epithelioma with pigmentation. A casereport

　1歳6ヵ月男児の右下眼瞼に青黒色を呈する腫瘍を認めた。病理組織学的に，陰影細胞および石灰化沈着を認め，石灰化上皮腫であることが判名した。本症例では，メラニン色素細胞やメラニン色素顆粒の沈着が異常に多くみられた。

A 18-month-old male child developed a rapidly growing pigmented tumor in the lower eyelid of the right eye. The tumor was diagnosed, histolo-gically, as calcifying epithelioma (pilomatrixoma) with pigmentation and calcification. Shadow cells and pigment cells were present. The lesion was benign and did not recur during the observation period of 6 months.
