I．はじめに
喉頭に発生する悪性リンパ腫は稀であり，全喉頭悪性腫瘍の1％未満といわれている1）。その中でもNK/T細胞リンパ腫は，鼻・副鼻腔に生じた報告例は散見できるが2），喉頭領域における報告は非常に少ない。
今回われわれは，診断に苦慮した原発性喉頭NK/T細胞リンパ腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 52-year woman presented with a NK/T cell lymphoma of the larynx,and a tumor was found in the right false vocal cord. The diagnosis of malignant tumors was confirmed by not only one biopsy but three times. Histological examination showed a moderate leukocytic infiltration mainly of lymphocytes and plasma cells. But the histopathological examinations and cytometric analysis revealed NK/T cell lymphoma with pseudocarcinomatous hyperplasia. The neoplastic cells were CD3 epsilon＋,CD56＋,CD79a-,TIA1＋,granzyme B＋,EBER-ISH＋.
A cytometric analysis of the surface tumor marker and EBVin situhybridization（ISH）was invaluable for the diagnosis.
