I．はじめに

　Zenker憩室は食道に生じる圧出性の憩室で，欧米では数多くの症例があり，種々の治療法が報告されているが^1,2），本邦では比較的稀な疾患である。

　今回われわれは，Zenker憩室の2症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 52-year-old man complained of a feeling of dysphagia. Close examination revealed a pharyngoesophageal diverticulum. Surgical resection was performed by standard open neck technique and the feeling disappeared postoperatively.

　A 59-year-old man complained of dysphagia and the examination revealed a pharyngoesophageal diverticulum. But a week later,his complain disappeared and there was no need of therapy.
