Zenker憩室の1例

ZENKER'S DIVERTICULUM

　I．はじめに

　食道憩室には幾つかの分類法があるが，①内圧性憩室，②牽引性憩室，③内圧牽引性憩室，④機能性憩室と分けるのが一般的である^29）。Zenker憩室は内圧性憩室の代表とされ，咽頭憩室，下咽頭憩室，咽頭食道憩室，下咽頭食道憩室，境界部憩室とも呼ばれる。

　Zenker憩室は，わが国では比較的稀な疾患である。Zenker憩室に関する論文も，欧米のように多数例の報告はなく，多くは1例報告である。われわれはZenker憩室の1例を経験したので，その症例を報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えてみた。

　A case of Zenker's diverticulum is reported. A woman, aged 50 complained of a lump in the throat, nausea and cough for the last five years. By x-ray and esophagoscopy a small diverticulum was recognized in the pharyngeal end of the esophagus. The diverticulum was removed surgically through left cervical approah. Six weeks later the patient was rid of her complaints and radiologically the pouch was no longer visible.
