I．はじめに

　アミロイドーシスは，線維構造をもつ特異な蛋白であるアミロイド線維（amyloid fibril）を主とするアミロイド物質が，全身の諸臓器の細胞外に沈着することにより機能障害を引き起こす疾患群である。本疾患は全身性と限局性に分けられるが^1），全身性が多いとされている^2）。耳鼻咽喉科領域では喉頭や気管などでの報告例が散見されるものの，喉頭アミロイドーシスは喉頭良性腫瘤性病変に占める割合が1％以下の稀な疾患である^3）。しかし，腫瘍性疾患との鑑別の観点からも本症に対する認識をもっておく必要がある。

　今回われわれは，喉頭限局型アミロイドーシスの2例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases of primary localized laryngeal amyloidosis were reported. In both cases,a yellowish submucosal nodular mass in the false vocal fold and epiglottis was identified by endoscopic observation. Histological examination with hematoxylin and eosin and Congo red staining showed diffuse intercellular deposits of amyloid fibrils. In case 1,an 82-year-old male,surgical treatment was not performed because of his advanced age and of free from any laryngeal symptom. The lesion has been stable in size during 3-year's follow-up. In case 2,a 42-year-old female,CO₂▼laser surgery was performed and her hoarseness was improved postoperatively. The lesion,however,showed gradual regrowth 1.5 years after the surgery.
