（17-レセ1-11）　スリットスキャン型角膜形状解析装置ORBSCANを用いて，正常角膜25眼を対象に，角膜中心から等距離の点の角膜屈折力分布曲線をフーリエ解析することにより，球面成分，正乱視成分，1次成分（非対称成分），3次以上の高次不正成分を分離定量化した。角膜前面の球面成分は48.07D，正乱視成分は0.66D,1次成分は1.18D,3次以上成分は0.06Dで，角膜後面の球面成分は−6.55D，正乱視成分は0.16D,1次成分は0.38D,3次以上成分は0.01Dであった。前面においても後面においても，非対称性を表す1次成分は正乱視を上回る値となっており，角膜の光学において不正乱視は重要な役割を持っている可能性がある。角膜後面の形状を解析することは，全角膜の屈折面としての機能を理解する上で意義がある。

We measured the shape of the posterior corneal surface in 25 normal eyes using slit-scan topography. The corneal refractive power equidistant from the center of the cornea was processed by Fourier analysis into spherical equivalent, regular astigmatism, decentration (first order harmonic component) and higher order irregularity (third and higher order harmonic components) . For the anterior corneal surface, the spherical equivalent averaged 48.07D, regular astigmatism 0.66D, decentration 1.18D and higher order irregularity 0.06D. For the posterior surface, it averaged -6.55D, 0.16D, 0.38D and 0.01D respectively. As the irregular astigmatism, decentration in particular, is an important factor for the optical quality of the cornea. Topographic evaluation of the posterior corneal surface promises to be of value in the corneal optics.
