　緑内障を併発したPeters奇形の1例を超音波生体顕微鏡（UBM）により観察した。症例は超音波生体顕微鏡検査時，生後25日の女児で，両眼に緑内障を伴うPeters奇形があり，高度の角膜混濁および浮腫のため細隙灯顕微鏡検査，隅角鏡では角膜より後眼部の観察が不能であった。超音波生体顕微鏡では容易に虹彩と水晶体の角膜への癒着のないこと，隅角のwraparound type insertionなどが確認できた。

We observed bilateral glaucoma associated with Peters' anomaly in a 25-day-old female infant. Due to severe corneal opacity, it was difficult to examine the intraocular structures by slitlamp biomicroscopy or gonioscopy. Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) showed wraparound insersion of the iris root and absence of iridocorneal or lenticulocorneal adhesion. This case illustrates the clinical usefulness of UBM in the clinical examination of the anterior ocular segment in the presence of opaque cornea.
