　鈍的外傷後に生じた毛様体解離の2症例に対して超音波生体顕微鏡（ultrasound biomicro—scopy：UBM）により経過観察を行った。症例1では初診時に高度の浅前房と低眼圧があり，UBMで脈絡膜上腔は拡大していた。数日後，前房は深くなり，眼圧も徐々に回復した。UBMでは毛様体解離の残存と隅角部における虹彩前癒着が観察され，自然治癒の過程と思われた。症例2では初診時には軽度の浅前房と低眼圧があり，UBMでは毛様体解離および脈絡膜上腔の拡大がみられた。その後経過観察するも自然治癒はみられず，解離部毛様体直接縫合術を施行した。術後UBMにて解剖学的に復位が確認された。UBMは毛様体解離の診断と経過観察に有用である。

We followed the clinical course of two eyes with cyclodialysis seconary to blunt trauma. One eye showed, initially, extremely shallow anterior chamber and ocular hypotony. Ultrasound biomicroscopy, UBM, showed accumulation of serous fluid in the subchoroidal space. After deepening of the anteiror chamber and normalization of intraocular pressure, UBM showed spontaneous recovery of cyclodialysis with the iris root adherent to the sclera. The other eye showed mildly shallow anterior chamber and ocular hypotony. UBM showed cyclodialysis and extensive ciliochoroidal detachment. After suturing the detached ciliary body to the sclera, UBM showed reattachment of the ciliary body and the anterior choroid.
