Abstract 文献概要

　3種の角度付き後房レンズ，すなわちSinskeyレンズ，Cループレンズ，Kratzレンズ移植眼について，その固定状況を特にレンズの中心ずれ（decentration）の面から比較し，更に視機能についても検討し以下の結果を得た．

（1） Decentrationは0〜3.0mmまでであった．

（2） sulcus-sulcus固定で，decentrationは最小であった．

（3） bag-bag, sulcus-sulcus固定共に3種のレンズによるdecentration分布に差はみられなかったが，bag-sulcus固定では，Cループレンズの方が，Sinskeyレンズよりdecentrationが小さい傾向にあった．

（4） Decentrationと視力および円柱レンズとは無関係であった．

We evaluated the state of fixation of 3 types of posterior chamber lenses with particular attention to decentration. Included in the study were 30 eyes implanted with Sinskey lens, 30 eyes with C-loop lens with angle and 30 eyes with Kratz lens. The evaluation was performed, after a lapse of more than 4 months after surgery, by slitlamp photography of the anterior segment and by enlarging the negative by 12.5 times. The amount of decentration was thus measured by quantitating the distance between the center of the lens and that of the cornea.

The amount of decentration was maximally 3.0mm. There was no significant tendencies in the dis-tribution of decentration among the 3 types of in-traocular lens when their arms were placed in bag-bag or sulcus-sulcus fashion. When the lens was fixed in bag-sulcus fashion, the C-loop lens tended to result in lesser amount of decentration than Sin-skey lens. The amount of decentration was not cor-related with visual acuity nor astigmatism.
