眼屈折度の高低別左右差より見たる屈折要素の年間変化量の差異

Annual changes of refractive components in relation to refraction difference between the right and left eyes

　眼屈折度を高低別に分け，その相対応眼の左右差をコンピューターで計算すると，屈折度の有意差は，屈折要素の有意差を示したものが原因で起こるといえることを著者が発見し，その屈折要素の年間変化量が如何なる因子が主となって起きているかを証明しようとしたものである。その結果，初診時の屈折度の有意差は，屈折度の年間変化量および眼軸長の年間変化量の有意差が原因となっていることを証明できた。これは所および加部のデータに明らかにあらわれているが，鈴木の結果にもこれに近い結果が見られ，高山の結果より，初診時の眼鏡度の低矯正，過矯正がその原因をなしていることがほぼ類推される結果を得たのである。大塚の説の理論については旭川で所が代講した。

The present study was undertaken to analyze the change in refractive components of the eye while myopia is progressing, as well as to ascertain the relationship between progression of myopia and correctness of glasses.

We measured the refraction, refractive com-ponents of both eyes at two times, calculated refrac-tive degrees, and annual change of the refractive elements. After having arranged the refraction in the order of higher or lower degree, we examined the difference between mean values of the corre-sponding fellow eyes.
