　50歳の女性で，右眼の乳頭部網膜動脈ループ形成症に乳頭部周囲から後極部におよぶ漿液性網膜剥離を合併した1症例を報告した。螢光眼底造影では，ループ血管の一部および周囲の毛細血管から漏出がみられ，後期に螢光貯留がみられた。ループ血管の造影は一部途絶しており，著明なねじれを伴うループ内の血流の異常およびうっ滞により血栓が形成された可能性が考えられた。6週間後の螢光眼底造影では，造影が途絶していた血管の狭窄がなくなるとともに，滲出性変化および漿液性網膜剥離は消失した。

A 50-year-old woman presented with impaired visual acuity in her right eye of 3 weeks' dura-tion. Corrected visual acuity was 0.1. Funduscopy showed prepapillary arterial loop and serous retinal detachment in the posterior fundus reaching the disc margin. Fluorescein angiography showed occlusion of a part of the loop vessel associated with dye leakage from and around the loop. Late angiogram showed pooling of dye in the subretinal space adjacent to the disc. The occlusion disappeared 6 weeks later followed by cessation of dye leakage and resorption of serous retinal detachment. It appeared that stagnation of blood flow in the arterial loop led to thrombotic occlusion and hence to serous retinal detachment.
