緒　言

　後毛様動脈の閉塞による脈絡膜虚血の結果生じる扇形の脈絡膜萎縮をTriangular shaped choro-idal alteration（Amalric）^1，2）として報告されて以来，臨床的，実験的知見が加えられてきている。また一方，教室の三木ら^3）は，漿液性中心性脈絡膜症の主病因として脈絡膜循環障害の存在を主張してきたが，今回，著者らはTriangle症候群を有する眼底に，黄斑部の限局性漿液性網膜剥離と，螢光眼底血管造影により円形拡大型あるいは噴出型の螢光漏出が認められた7例を経験したので，漿液性中心性脈絡膜症の成因と相まつて，両病変の発現機構に共通の基盤があることを提言すると共に，黄斑部脈絡膜循環と特定領域の脈絡膜循環との関連性についても検討を加え，ここにその大要を報告する。

This report was made of seven cases of triangular shaped choroidal alteration associated with idio-pathic central serous choroidopathy (CSC). The purpose of this paper is to discuss the pathogenesis of CSC and the relationship between the triangular shaped choroidal alteration and the macular lesion. Three definite areas of the choroidal alteration were encountered. The first was localized from temporal site of the macula to infero-temporal periphery, the second was from inferior site of the macula to infero-temporal periphery, and the third was wide-spread lower to the disc and the macula.
