序言
私は先に本法を正常家兎眼に実施し，其の減圧効果及び組織学的所見について，之れを本誌5）に発表したが，今回は同方法を緑内障眼に応用したので，茲に其の知見の一端を追加，報告したいと思う。
The corneo-scleral galvanocautery of Preziosi (1924) was performed on 8 glaucomatous eyes in 5 cases. These results were obtained as follows:

The author discussed the characteristic conjunctival and corneal complications by cautery which have not called ones attention, and stressed this method should be escecuted carefully to avoid such accidents.
