狭隅角緑内障眼の周辺前房深度と中心前房深度との関係

Relations between the peripheral and the axial depth of the anterior chamber in the narrow-angle glaucomatous eyes

　Zeiss-Optonの眼前部写真撮影装置を備えたLitt-mann型細隙燈付双眼角膜顕徴鏡を用いて，眼前部細隙像を観察角45°として実物大に撮影し，そのフィルムをプロジェクターで正確に10倍に拡大して投影し，投影図上の見かけ上の中心前房深度と周辺前房深度を計り，その値の1／10を求める値とした。更にこれ等の計測値より，周辺前房深度と中心前房深度との比を計算し，これを虹彩膨隆計数と名付けた。

1）健康者15例30眼に就いては，上部虹彩周辺部は下部虹彩周辺部に比較して膨隆している。

By the use of Littmann's slit-lamp microscope on which photographic attachment of Zeiss Opton's company was applied, photographs of anterior portions of the eyes were taken. From these photographs, the axial and the peripheral depth of the anterior chamber was measured in the appearance. And the rate viz. "calculations of the iris bombe" was cal-culated.

1) On 30 eyes of 15 normal cases, upper part of the peripheral iris was more swollen than lower part.

2) On 49 eyes of 39 cases of primary narrow-angle glaucoma (pre-operation), upper part of the peripheral iris was more swollen than lower part.
