目的:新規に開発した走査型前房深度計の評価。方法:細隙灯顕微鏡にCCDカメラを装着した本装置は,角膜中央部から輪部に向かって移動し,0.4mm間隔で前房深度を自動測定する。3名の操作熟練者が,正常者5例10眼を本装置で測定し,検者内と検者間の測定値を検討した。本装置に未経験な研修医3名と医療補助員3名について本装置による測定技術習得の容易性を評価し,検者内と検者間の測定値を検討した。結果:操作熟練者の検者内測定変動係数は,全測定点の平均で7.4±2.3%,検者間のそれは6.7±0.7%であり,輪部に近いほど増大する傾向があった。操作習得に要した時間は数分で,研修医と医療補助員の間に有意差がなく,測定値変動も熟練者と差がなかった。結論:本装置は検者内と検者間の測定再現性が高く,非医師にも操作の習得が容易である。本装置は狭隅角のスクリーニングに使える可能性がある。
Purpose:To evaluate an anterior chamber depth analysis system developed by us. Method:A slitlamp microscope,mounted with CCD camera,measures the depth of anterior chamber at the interval of 0.4mm while moving from the center towards the periphery. Three experienced persons measured 10 eyes of 5 normal volunteers with this system. The values were analyzed as to intra-and inter-observer reproducibility. Three physicians and three paramedical staff,who were new to the system,were asked to learn how to use the system. The findings were analyzed as to intra-and inter-observer reproducibility. Results:The intraobserver coefficient of variation averaged 7.4±2.3%for experienced persons and the interobserver one averaged 6.7±0.7%. There was a tendency for the fariation to increase as the point of measurement neared the periphery. It was easy and prompt to master the operation of the system. The measured values were the same as those by experienced persons. Conclusion:This system has a high intra-and inter-observer reproducibility. It promises to be of value in detecting narrow chamber angle.
