緒論
シユレンム氏管は眼内房水排泄上重要な位置をしめる器官であり，其の形態及び機能に関する実験は古くからなされて居る。本邦に於ても岡本一氏（1928）による，生後より老年に至る迄の詳細なる形態観察があり，発生学的にもSondermann（1930）以来数多の実際がある，又1941年Ascherの房水静脈の観察は更にシユレンム氏管の形態探究に拍車を加へ現在では其の全貌を明かにせる如き観があるが，シユレンム氏管及びそれより房水静脈に至る研究の多きに比して，前房とシユレンム氏管との関連に関する研究は比較的少い。今回Asthon及び宮田氏の行つた実験方法にならつて墨汁を該管に注入し，前房に交通すると思われる突起形態，及びシユレンム氏管主幹の形態の観察を行い所見を得たので此処に発表して御批判を仰ぐ。
Auther has instillated the indian ink into the Schlemm's canal of 24 enucleated corpse eyes and 2 glaucomatous eyes, and observed their formation.
As the result, that the inner wail of Schlemm's canal has uneven and iregular figure and some of the excesscive one's make the process which have various formation could be found. Most of the streams of the indian ink has not so much branches, but generally they make a main line, and they are commonly accompanied with S.S canal streams.
The numbers of the process-form and S.S form of enucleated eye is at a high degree after water-washing.
