Abstract 文献概要

　1937年トルコの皮膚科医Behçet^1）は，1）前房蓄膿を伴う虹彩毛様体炎，2）口内アフタ，3）性器の潰瘍形成を主要徴候とする独立の疾患を初めそ記述し，恐らくはウイルスに依る疾患と推定した。

　1953年Istanbulの眼科に於てSezer^2）3）はBehçet氏病の病原ウイルスを分離したと報じ，その動物実験成績，血清学的検索，電子顕微鏡像をも明らかにしているがその後追試して成功した報も聞かず，米国に於てはその結果は疑われているという。

About six in-patients who were diagnosed Behcet's disease clinically, the isolation of the virus, which seemed to be a cause of it, from blood, aqueous humor, cerebrospinal fluid and vitreous puncture that were picked from them, was examined.

1) The picked material was inoculated on the chorioallantoic membrane of fertile eggs with. The through observation for the existence of the changes of chorioallantoic membrane and foetus were made everyday. However the revelation of the typical "Pock" was not recognized.
