搏動性眼球突出症の1例に就いて—患側総頸動脈圧迫及び，内頸動脈結紮の際に起る角膜脈波の変動と，其の臨床的意義に就いて

A case of carotid-cavernous fistula, changes in corneal pulse waves during carotid occlusion und ligation of internal carotid artery and their clinical significances

緒言

　最近，脳神経外科領域に於いては，其の進歩に伴い，頭蓋内動脈瘤に対する認識が新たにされて来た。著者は偶々，右眼搏動性眼球突出症の1例に遭遇し，内頸動脈結紮を施行する術前検査として総頸動脈圧迫試験（Matas Test）及び，漸進的頸動脈圧迫法（progressive carotid compres-sion）を行う際に，慶大式電気眼底血圧計にて角膜脈波を経過を追つて描写し，更に内頸動脈結紮術施行前後の角膜脈波を比較し，眼動脈領域に於ける側副循環の状態を検討した。

The author examined the progressive change of corneal pulse waves on the common carotid compression (Matas Test) and on the progressive carotid compression, and compared the conditions of corneal pulse waves a month later and 3 months later from the ligation of the internal carotid with the preoperative condition of the waves. The experiments allowed us to get a knowlege of the collateral circulation of ophthalmic arteries and of the course of its faculty development, and to conjecture the fall of the pressure on Aneury-sma in peripheral carotid arteries and the standstill or the slowness of blood stream.
