アドレノクロマゾーン誘導体（「AC-17」田辺）の使用経験

Applications of Adrenochromazone Derivative

　日常診療に際し，外傷及び手術による出血或は病的出血に対して，従来種々の血圧下降剤・血管収縮剤・血液凝固促進剤が用いられているが，更にAdrenochrom monosemicarbazoneはその強力な血管強化作用と止血作用によつて眼科領域に於いても広く用いられ，特に眼内手術等に使用して好結果をあげている。然し，更に強力に且つ速効的効果のある血管強化剤の必要が屡々痛感されるのである。

　最近この目的にそつた速効性で，更に強力に作用するといわれる新合成剤「AC-17」（田辺）が試作されたので，主としてその血管透過性に対する検索を実験的並びに臨床的に行つた結果について報告する。

The followings are results of animal experiments and of clinical experiments by using Adrenochromazone derivative "AC-17" :

1) Inhibition of Arthus phenomenon is that of blood-vessel permeability accentuation.

2) The control action of diffusion factor is more immediate and powerful than Adrenalin.
