多形性膠芽細胞腫（Glioblastoma multiforme）の2例

2 cases of Glioblastoma Multiforme

緒言

　多形性膠芽細胞腫Glioblastoma multiformeはBailey　＆　Cushingによつて命名されたもので，外国に於てはGlioma中の1／3〜1／4を占め，極めて悪性の脳腫瘍といわれているが，本邦に於ては星野氏の33例中0，中田氏の166例中8例の如く，比較的少数に過ぎない。しかし一方では，黒羽氏は33例中8例を報告して，外国に於けると同様の頻度を主張している。この外長岡氏はこの腫瘍の10例を報告しているが，黒羽・長岡氏の報告はいづれも病理学的の立場からのものであり，桂・黒羽両氏等の主張する如く，Glioblastoma　multiformeは臨床症状を主体として考慮すべきものであるとすれば，臨床的方面からのこの報告も亦，一つの興味ある対象となるものと考え，吾々は最近当教室に於て経験した術前診断困難なりしGlioblastcma multiformeの2例を報告する次等である。

Abstract

Recently in the 1st Department of Surgery, under the professorship of Dr. Jinnai, we have experienced two cases of glioblastoma multi-forme,whos initial symptoms were convulsions and were difficult to diagno e. Glioblastoma multiforme was named by Bailey & Cushing and it is said in foreign countries that they take about one fourth to one third of all glioms and is very malignant. But in our country, according to Hoshino and Nakata's reports, they are the smallest group among the gliomas.

In the first case we found the glloma in the right precentral gyrus and in the second, it was a very large tumor taking most of the right frontal lobe, but was not found during operation, and was found later during the autopsy.
