緒言

　網膜膠腫は，周知の如く早期診断，早期剔出と云う事が，患者の生命を救い得る尤も近い道であると考えられるが，誰が見ても判り易い症候を具備するものは先ず診断に迷わされる所は無いが，二次的な変化が定型的な病像を隠蔽し，誤診又は確定診断を遅らせる為，剔出の期を逸する事のあるのは注意すべきである。この様な観点から次の例は，教えられる事が多いと思い報告する事にした。

The diagnosis of a typical retinal glioma is easily diagnosed, but the diagnosis is someti-mes difficult when the secondary changes cover the typical symptoms. Therefore the oppo-rtunity of the early treatment might be lost.

This case is a 2 years old child (♀), who showed a bleeding in the anterior chamber, ocular hypertension. These are the symptoms of glaucoma haemorrhagicum. By the micro-scopic observation of the smear test of the gray-yellowisch precipitations, many chromatin-rich glioma cells were found.
