健康管理を目的とする眼底所見による高血圧症の分類並びに統計（1）

　高血圧症に関する眼科領域の研究は，此処に説くまでもなく多数あるが，高血圧症を眼底所見によつて分類し，統計したものは，予想外に少く，僅かに飯塚（昭8）中泉^1）（昭12）池田^2）（昭15）楠井^3）（昭18）樋渡^4）（昭26）中島^5）（昭29）松崎^6）（昭29）小林^7）（昭30）他数氏を数えるに過ぎない。しかも，その過半数は大学もしくは，大病院に来診した高血圧者を対象としたもので，多少に拘らず自覚症状をもつ者を基にした統計であり，いわゆる健康人として社会に働いている者を対象にとつた。それは，樋渡，中島，小林氏の他2，3あるに過ぎない。

For 3635 members in a factory of electromechanical articles, ophthalmoscopic examina-tion was administered as a health control test, and 237 members (aged 15~59) of hyperten-sion (over 150mmHg) were found. By the slightly modified Keith & Wagner's classi-fication, classification and statistics were performed and there could be found some abno-rmal sites in ophthalmoscopy for about 75%. As for the cases higher than 160mmHg, it became 85%or so.

Generally speaking, the higher theage, the more increased the number with hyperten-tion and the severer became the ophthalmoscopic changes.
