調節衰弱に於けるビタミンB1の意義

Significance of Vit.B in ingufficiency of accomodation.

　眼精疲労を有する調節衰弱に対して従来よりビタミンB₁剤による治療が行われて来た。しかしそれによつて患者の訴える眼精疲労の消失しない場合もある。私達は調節力が低下し近点反復測定により近点値の遠隔する5名の患者を選んでアリナミン（Thiamine propyl disulfide）を投与し，この脂溶性VB₁が之等に如何なる影響を及ぼすかを検討した。尚この結果より逆に調節衰弱の本態の一端を知らうとした。

Whole Vit. B₁ in blood were decreased in 5 patients in whom the accomodative power were decreased, the punctum proximum of accomodation were receded by repeated examination and the asthenopia in near work were compained.

Alinamin (Thiamine propyl disulfid, T. P.D.) were used for these patients. Consequently, the whole Vit. B₁ in blood were increased becoming almost normal, the punctum proximum of accomodation were not receded but the original accomodation power were not increased.

T.P. D. have the effect against fatigue of ciliary muscle but no influence against the original accomodation powers.
