第1章 諸論
健常硝子体は無血管であるが周囲の有血管組織の出血に際して硝子体内出血を合併する。著者は硝子体内出血を細隙燈顕微鏡的に観察したのでその所見を茲に述べる。
I observed the cases of the vitreous hemorrhage with slitlamp and have acquired the follo-wing results.
1. The vitreous hemorrhage can be divided into which derived from the retinal vessels and from the vessels of the ciliary body.
(1) In the cases of the vitreous hemorrhage which derived from the retinal vessels, we can observe the freely floating bloodcells in the vitreous and the aggregating coagulations of the bloodcells on the vitreous framework.
