　私はこれまで数度にわたつて眼瞼癌腫に就いて述べてきたが，偶々興味ある2例の眼窩癌腫患者（その1例は眼瞼にも性質の異なる癌を認めた）の病状経過を詳細に観察し得たので報告し，些か検討を加え，本邦文献に見た眼窩癌の小統計を附記する。

The first case, 57 yr. old female, has had carcinoid which seemed do occur in the right orbit and in the last stage, the huge fungus-shaped cancer was proved, furthermore, the cancer occured all over the face. All of these were carcinoid but simulataneously the gland-cell cancer was proved in the left eye-lid. By autopsy, no metastasis was found in other organs. The second case, 16 yr. old male, has had the gland-cell cancer which occured in the right ethmoid sinus and invaed the orbit resulting the central scotoma by pressing the optic nerves. The similar signs were appeared in the left eye later.
