緒言

　視神経乳頭緑内障性陥凹と萎縮，それにともなう視野変化がありながら，眼圧の高くない症例についてはVon Graefeがはじめて認めて以来，多くの人によつて報告され，分類されてきた。しかしその意味するところは必ずしも同じでなく，病因論的にも種々の問題がある。一方Posner—Schlossmann症候群（以下P-S症候群）はPosnerおよびSchlossmannがglaucomato-cycliticcrisesとして症状，診断基準を体系づけで以来，P-S症候群としで多くの報告がなされてきた。しかし両疾患が合併したという報告はまだみない。われわれは低眼圧緑内障（以下low tension glau—coma）に片眼性P-S症候群を合併したと思われる興味ある症例を経験し，約2年半にわたつてその経過を観察したので報告する。

This paper reports a case of low tension glaucoma associated with Posner-Schlossmann syndrome.

The patient, 30-year-old male, has noted the visual disturbance of the left eye for two and a half years.

On ophthalmoscopic examination, the patient had glaucomatous cupping of the optic disc and glaucomatous visual field defect, the intraocular pressure being normal by Schiφtz and Glod-mann applanation tonometries.

Various examinations for glaucoma and pseudo-glaucoma were negative. A slit lamp examination showed a number of keratic preci-pitates in the left eye.
