緒言

　1973年，著者を含めて数名の人々^2）〜6）によつて，従来注目されなかつた後極部付近に原発病巣をもつ続発性網膜剥離についての報告があつた。すでに1971年，浦山ら^1）は，従来の文献に記載されていない，比較的後極部に限局した脈絡膜炎で，続発性網膜剥離を伴つた2例について報告している。これらの症例はおそらく同一疾患の症例と思われるので，著者の自験例7例，文献に記載された浦山ら^1）の2例，三村ら^2）3）の7例，古岡^7）の4例，Gass^4）の5例合計25例を対象として本症の臨床所見，鑑別診断および原因について述べたい。

In 1971 (Urayama and his associates) and 1973 (Gass, Tsukahara and his associate, Mi-mura and his associates and Yoshioka) papers concerning with a peculiar type of secondary detachment of the retina which had never been described appeared in the ophthalmic litera-ture. In the present paper the author, sum-marizing his 7 cases including 2 which had been reported previously and reviewing 18 cases which had been reported by other authors, presented clinical pictures of this new type of retinal detachment.

In total 25 cases one patient was female and the rest were males.
