人工透析術患者の螢光眼底所見

Fluorographic Findings before and after Hemodialysis

緒言

　腎不全の患者に対する人工透析術の発達^1）2）は近年著しく，その臨床的成果も一段と充実してきた。人工透析患者の眼底所見は患者の管理状態の判定に重要な役割を果すと考え，先に当教室の保坂ら^3）は検眼鏡的眼底所見の推移を報告し^4）5），われわれ^6）も以前に少数例であるが螢光眼底撮影所見より検討した。さらにわれわれは今回人工透析術による眼底の動脈，出血，白斑，うつ血乳頭の変化を螢光眼底所見より探究した。

Fluorographic follow-up study was conducted on 15 patients who underwent hemodialysis tre-atment twice a week. All the patients had been suffering from chronic renal insufficiency.

1. Capillary dilatation, which the frequent accompanying finding with irregularity in arte-riolar caliber, disappeared completely followinghemodialysis. Irregular attenuation of retinal arterioles, on the other hand, tended to persist after the treatment.

2. Hemorrhagic patches appeared as negative fluorescence and lay in the neighborhood of ca-pillary microaneurysms.
