サルコイドーシスの螢光眼底所見

Fluorescein Fundus Photography of Sarcoidosis

Ⅰ．緒言

　サルコイドーシスの眼症状は，肉芽腫性または非肉芽腫性葡萄膜炎，網膜静脈周囲炎，網膜の臘様滲出斑，硝子体溷濁から，結膜濾胞や，眼瞼皮疹など，きわめて多彩である^1）〜3）。われわれは，最近発見した二症例に螢光眼底撮影を行なつたところ，2例ともに類似した眼底所見を得たので，サルコイドーシスに特徴的な眼底所見の一つに加えられるのではないかと思い報告する。

Fluorescein fundus photography was perfor-med in two cases with iridocyclitis and charac-teristic peripheral fundus findings of sarcoido-sis. Diffuse extravasation of fluorescein took place from retinal capillaries in the posterior fundus area during the early stage after injec-tion of fluorescein (Fig. 2, 3& 4). In the later stage fluorescein staining of vessel walls of retinal veins was observed. The findings in-dicate that retinal vessels in the posterior fun-dus area are involved in ocular sarcoidosis and react with pathologically enhanced permeability of vessel walls against fluorescein.
