I．はじめに

　毛様体は，普通，臨床的にはこれを直接みることができない。毛様体の嚢腫は，メラノームやその他の疾患による眼球摘出後や，多発性骨髄腫などによる死後の剖検により認められる場合がほとんどである。

　臨床的に毛様体嚢腫がみられることは，はなはだ少ない。今回，ホトスリット，およびGold—mann型三面鏡使用により，毛様体の毛様冠（Co—rona ciliaris）嚢腫の撮影に成功し，またこの毛様冠嚢腫を光凝固することにより縮小させ，ほぼ治癒に導くことができたので，症例を中心に毛様体嚢腫について述べてみたいと思う。

A woman aged 63 was referred on account of a complaint of an intolerance to light in her right eye. When the pupil was fully dilat-ed, slit-lamp examination revealed a smooth cyst covered by a dark-brown membrane in her right eye. The cyst was present at the inferior temporal quadrant between the poste-rior surface of the iris and the anterior of the lens. Examination with the Goldmann three-mirror lens show that the cyst originated from the anterior part of the ciliary body. Near the cyst, other small cysts were present from 5 to 10 o'clock position in a multiple fashion.
