毛様体悪性黒色腫

Malignant Melanoma of the Ciliary Body

I．緒言

　眼の悪性黒色腫は白色人種ではさほど稀有な疾患ではないが，本邦では比較的少なく，その悪性度の高いことから早期発見が強調されている眼腫瘍の一つである。我々が最近経験した例は，かなり進行したものであるが，さいわいにも完全に摘出することが出来，その病理組織学的，電子顕微鏡学的，組織化学的検索を行つたので報告する。

A case of choroidal malignant melanoma, which is a rather uncommon occurrence in Ja-pan, was studied clinically as well as by means of histology, histochemistry and electron microscopy. The melanoma was in its 2nd Stadium and was classified as mixed type. No necrotic sign was present in the tumor mass.

Electron microscopic autoradiogram for tyro-sinase with C¹⁴-tyrosine revealed an enhanced enzyme activity in the melanin granules and in the membrane system. Both succinic and lactic dehydrogenase were demonstrated in the tumor cells.
