I．緒言

　前報^27）において，正常人眼のいわゆるC波が共感性瞳孔運動に伴う活動電位EPG （Electropu—pillogram）と同一性を有することを指摘し，その臨床的意義について若干の私見を述べた。

　今回，同様の実験を比較的初期の網膜色素変性症（以下本症と省略）患者15名に対して行ない，正常人眼のそれと比較検索したのでここに報告する。

The electroretinographic and/or electropupillo-graphic responses were investigated under various conditions of the patients with early pigmentary degeneration of the retina and the results obtained were compared with those of the normal subject.

1. Selective removal of the c-wave in the human ERG were elicited again after maximal dilation of the pupils with Mydrin-P, and no consensual response was derived from the di-lated eye.
