表層性瀰漫性角膜炎について特にIDU使用との関係

On the Occurrence of Diffuse Superficial Keratitis and its Treatment with IDU

I．緒言

　所謂表層性瀰蔓性角膜炎は，明治27年井上達五郎氏が初めて記載して以来，幾多の報告があり，中島実氏のアレルギー説，特に昭和9年武田隆氏の詳細な研究以来，V．B₂欠乏説が大きく台頭して来た。本症は日常屡々遭遇するものであるが，失明の慮がないためか些か等閑に付されている感がないでもない。所が近年本症でV．B₂が奏効しないものが少なくない上，長期にわたつて増悪を繰返し，種々な愁訴を伴なうものがあるので，ここで本症を再検討すると共に，此が治療についてもいささか検討を加えたので，ここに報告し諸賢の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

Data are presented over the 207 cases with diffuse superficial keratitis observed by the author one year of clinical activity.

1. The overall frequency of the disease amounted to 3.5% of all outpatients. The condition was more frequent during summer, showed preponderance for females around thirty years of age, occurred as a rule bila-terally and were often accompanied by ocular pain as subjective complaint.

2. The condition was accompanied by con-junctivitis, supraorbital neuralgia or biased dietary habit in 32.3% of cases.

3. There was no definite characteristic tendency as to IOP.
