I．緒言
瀰漫性表層角膜炎に就てはその原因，治療等に関しても，幾多の研究報告があるが，私は今回従来の治療法に頑強に抵抗しチヨコラBB＋プレホルモン，チヨコラBB＋チヨコラAにより，速かに治癒に赴いた瀰漫性表層角膜炎の2例を経験したので之に就て報告し諸賢の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。
We experienced 2 cases of keratitis superficialis diffusa, which persisted long and did not react to vitamin B2 and other treatment but reacted effectively to prae-hormon (anterior pituitary hormon)-VitaminB2 and Chocola A (vitamin A)-vitaminB2.
It was supposed that the etiology of this disease is not only dificiency of vitaminB2.
