興味ある半盲を呈した2症例について

2 Cases of Interesting Hemianopsia

I．緒言

　視野欠損は我々が日常しばしば経験する症状で，特にこれが半盲を呈する場合は，視神経より後頭葉皮質の有線領に至る視路のどこかに障害があることを意味し，しかもその障害部位に相当した特徴のある型をとり，従つて病巣部位の診断に決定的価値をもつていることが少くないため，中枢神経系疾患では，その証明が特に重要視されている。

　しかし，半盲が何らかの型で修飾されて現われた場合には，視野のみからの病巣診断は容易でないことも事実であつて，かかる症例では脳血管造影が大いに診断の助けになつている。

Two cases are described in which cerebral angiography furnished with a definite clue as to the underlying cause for the clinically present visual field defects.

In the first case, in which simple optic at-rophy with heteronymous three-quarter he-mianopsia consisting of complete nasal and superior temporal hemianopsia in both eyes comprised the chief ophthalmological findings, angiography revealed the presence of sclerosis of carotid arteries which had presumably im-paired lateral nerve fibers in the chiasmal region. Arachnoid adhesion was also identified by angiographic examinations.
