　Behcet病に関しては，内外共に最近大きな関心が持たれ，多くの業績が相次いで発表されている。一般には，神経症状を伴うものは少ないとされているようであるが，我々は最近，眼・粘膜・皮膚症状から見て典型的なBehcet病であり，しかも臨床的には多発性硬化症と診断して差支えのない神経症状を伴つた1例を経験したので報告する。又，Behcet病の原因は現在未決定であるがこの点についても考えてみたい。

A case of Behcet's disease with severe nerv-ous symptoms is reported. This case showed the typical symptoms of Behcet's disease in the eyes, on the skin, and on the mucosa. In the course of the disease, spastic paresis of the limbs, disturbance of speech, motor ataxia, abscence of the abdominal and the cremasteric reflex, and the changes of character, and in the late stage, hiccough, nystagmus, and the forced laughter were also presented, and, showing remission, grew worse gradually. These clinical symptoms of the nervous system indicate multiple sclerosis.
