- Abstract 文献概要
網膜静脈については，視神経と乳頭を囲む網膜の狭い範囲の静脈は通常脈絡膜の方へ流れているが，これ以外の太い網膜静脈はすべて網膜中心静脈に連なるといわれている1）。
ところで著者等は網膜中心静脈からは独立して直接に脈絡膜に連なる網膜の静脈を観察したので報告する。
A retinal vein connecting with the choroid was observed in an eye. The vein ran along the inferior temporal retinal vein. It entered into the choroid at 4 disc diameters off the disc. At the entry of the vein there was seen a pigment patch about 0.5 disc diameter in size with white small glistenings of the sclera. The vein had no connection with the central retinal vein. This abnormal retinal vein seemed to be accompanied by the fetal abnormal development which produced the typical choroidal coloboma.
