　顔面血管腫に緑内障乃至牛眼及び脳に於ける特異な石灰化と癲癇様痙攣その他の脳症状を合併する症候群は一つの単位疾患と見做してSturge-Weber氏病と呼ばれている。

　顔面血管腫に緑内障乃至牛眼の合併に止まるものは余り珍らしいものではないが，之に加うるに頭蓋X線写真上特有な石灰沈着像を証明する定型例は比較的少く，吾国では今井（昭7），佐藤（昭16）石橋（昭23）等の報告が見られるのみである。

A typical case of Sturge-Weber disease, in a girl aged 19 years, with angioma simplex in the right face corresponding to the skin area innervated by the first branch of the trigeminus, glaucoma of the right eye, characteristic tortuous parallel lines of intracranial calcification shown by radiography, imbecility and convulsions was reported.

Glaucoma of the right eye was not controlled with myotics and a trephing of the sclera with iridectomy was effectomy performed, obtaining the vision to he 1.2, while retinal detachment appeared after operation and became soon gradually reattached.
