要約　目的：特発性黄斑円孔が手術で閉鎖した後に囊胞様黄斑浮腫が生じた2症例の報告。症例：62歳女性の左眼と61歳男性の左眼に特発性黄斑円孔が生じ，白内障手術と硝子体手術で内境界膜剝離を行った。1例では5日後に黄斑円孔が閉鎖したが，3か月後に囊胞様黄斑浮腫が生じた。ジクロフェナクナトリウム点眼で囊胞様黄斑浮腫は消失した。他の1例では手術の6日後に黄斑円孔が閉鎖した。1か月後に囊胞様黄斑浮腫が生じた。両眼に軽症のぶどう膜炎があった。ステロイド薬点眼でその6か月後に囊胞様黄斑浮腫は消失した。結論：特発性黄斑円孔が手術で閉鎖した後に，囊胞様黄斑浮腫が生じることがある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report 2 cases who developed cystoid macular edema（CME）following surgical closure of idiopathic macular hole. Cases：A 62-year-old female and 61-year-old male were diagnosed with idiopathic macular hole in the left eye each. Both cases were treated by lens removal and vitreous surgery with peeling of internal limiting membrane. Macular hole closed 5 days later in one case followed by CME 3 months later. CME disappeared after topical treatment with diclofenac. Macular hole closed 6 days after surgery in the other case followed by CME one month later. Both eyes showed signs of mild uveitis. Topical corticosteroid was followed by disappearance of CME 6 months later. Conclusion：These cases illustrate that CME may develop after apparently uneventful surgery for idiopathic macular hole.
