要約　目的：クリオフィブリノーゲン血症で発症したと考えられる網膜中心動脈閉塞症の症例の報告。症例と経過：35歳女性が右眼の一過性黒内障で受診した。13日前と9日前に同様の発作があったが自然寛解した。矯正視力は右手動弁，左1.2であり，右眼底に桜実紅斑の所見があった。蛍光眼底造影で，腕網膜時間と網膜内循環時間が延長していた。網膜中心動脈閉塞症と診断し，保存的治療を行ったが改善しなかった。内科での検査でクリオフィブリノーゲン血症と診断された。結論：40歳以下では網膜中心動脈閉塞症は稀にしか発症しない。35歳で本症が起こったのは，基礎疾患としてクリオフィブリノーゲン血症があったためと推定される。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report central retinal artery occlusion in a case of cryofibrinogenemia. Case and Findings：A 35-year-old woman presented with sudden loss of vision in her right eye. She had had two similar but temporary attacks 13 and 9 days before. Her corrected visual acuity was hand motion right and 1.2 left. The right fundus showed cherry-red spot. Fluorscein angiography showed prolonged arm-to-retina and intraretinal circulation times. She was diagnosed with central retinal artery occlusion. It failed to improve after medications. Laboratory studies led to the detection of cryofibrinogenemia. Conclusion：Central retinal artery occlusion is rare in persons under 40 years of age. Cryofibrinogenemia may have been the primary underlying cause in this patient 35 years of age.
