目的：巨大虹彩結節があるサルコイドーシス症例の報告。症例と経過：19歳男性が左眼視力低下で受診した。矯正視力は右1.2，左手動弁であった。左眼に前房の1/4の大きさの白色結節，右眼に軽度の虹彩炎があった。全身検査でサルコイドーシスと診断した。プレドニゾロンを初回量60mg/日での経口投与を開始し，漸減とともにベタメタゾンの結膜下注射を併用した。結節は縮小し，4か月後に消失した。結論：サルコイドーシスによる巨大虹彩結節は片眼性で若年者に生じる特徴がある。ステロイド薬の全身投与と結膜下注射が奏効した。

Purpose：To report a case of sarcoidosis with giant iris nodule. Case and Findings：A 19-year-old male presented with blurring of vision in the left eye. His corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and hand motion left. A large white nodule, one quarter of the cornea in size, was present in the anterior chamber in the left eye. The right eye showed signs of mild iritis. Systemic examinations led to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. He received peroral predonisolone at the initial dosis of 60mg per day. Subconjunctival betamethasone was added later. The iris nodule disappeared 4 months later. Conclusion：The giant iris nodule was characterized by its unilaterality in a juvenile person. Systemic and subconjunctival corticosteroid was effective in the present case.
