Abstract 文献概要

　過去22年間に生検でサルコイドーシスと診断した自験例219例を検討した。自己抗体検査を行った148例のうち，自己免疫疾患の合併が25例，自己抗体のみの陽性が70例にあり，ともに高率に眼病変が発症していた。眼病変がある107例では，自己免疫疾患群と自己抗体陽性群では，高齢女性の割合と皮膚病変発症率が高かった。サルコイドーシスと自己免疫疾患を合併する症例があることは，共通の免疫学的背景の可能性を示唆している。

We reviewed 219 patients who were histopathologically diagnosed with sarcoidosis during the foregoing 22 years. Out of 148 patients tested for autoantibodies,autoimmune diseases were present in 25 patients in addition to 70 autoantibody-positive patients. These patients had ocular sarcoidosis at a high incidence. In 107 patients with ocular involvement,aged females and patients with skin lesions showed high incidences of autoimmune diseases and autoimmune antibodies. The association of sarcoidosis and autoimmune diseases seems to suggest the presence of a common immunological background.
