Abstract 文献概要

　目的：超音波生体顕微鏡による外傷性毛様体解離と脈絡膜剝離の有無とその範囲の同定。症例と所見：低眼圧が併発した鈍的眼外傷4眼に初回手術として毛様体縫着術を行った。超音波生体顕微鏡で毛様体解離の存在が2眼で同定できた。解離部に連続した脈絡膜剝離は，画像上，毛様体と強膜が完全に解離し，水と同じ輝度を呈した。全例で非解離部の脈絡膜剝離は，すだれ状の所見を呈した。結論：鈍的眼外傷で低眼圧が併発していると，超音波生体顕微鏡でも隅角損傷の状況を把握しにくいが，毛様体解離と2種類の脈絡膜剝離の所見に注目することで，毛様体解離の有無と部位が同定できる。

　Purpose：To describe ultrasound biomicroscopic findings of traumatic cyclodialysis and choroidal detachment. Cases and Findings：Suture of ciliary body was performed as the primary procedure in 4 eyes of blunt trauma with hypotony. Ultrasound biomicroscope showed the presence of cyclodialysis in 2 eyes. There were two types of choroidal detachment by ultrasound biomicroscope. One was complete dialysis of ciliary body showing fluid-filled epichoroidal space. The second was comb-like choroidal swelling adjacent to the fluid-filled space. Conclusion：There are two types of choroidal detachment when seen by ultrasound biomicroscope. This method is useful in the identification of cyclodialysis in eyes after blunt trauma.
