　3人の異なる術者で行われた人工膝関節置換術(以下，TKA)のコンポーネント設置角と下肢アライメントを比較検討した．コンポーネント設置角と下肢アライメントは3人の術者によって行われた各群間で有意差はなかった．コンポーネント設置角の中で，脛骨コンポーネント設置精度が特に優れていた．下肢機能軸は84～88％の症例で膝中1/3を通過していた．同一施設からの発表で，異なる術者の症例を対象とする際には術者間での手技，結果が著しく異ならないことが必要条件である．

　We evaluated the component position and coronal alignment after total knee arthroplasty performed by 3 different surgeons.　The 3 groups did not significantly differ with respect to component position and coronal alignment.　The position of the tibial component was especially accurate.　The mechanical axis of the limb passed the middle one-third of the knee in 84～88% of the cases.　In this study, the results of component position and coronal alignment were good and not significantly different among the 3 surgeons.　In this study, the surgical techniques and results of the surgeons from the same institute were not remarkably different.
