2種類の異なるインプラントを用いた人工膝関節置換術(以下TKA)の術後屈曲角を検討した.Kinemax plusを用いた群(K群)とScorpioを用いた群(S群)の術前・後4週のX線像で屈曲角を計測した.屈曲角は後十字靱帯温存型,後十字靱帯切除型ともにS群で有意に大きかった.S群において深屈曲は46%で達成されていた.本研究は同一術者により同一手技で行われたもので,機種間の比較において利点を有する.
We evaluated maximum postoperative flexion after TKA with 2 different implant designs, the Kinemax plus (K group) and the Scorpio (S group), by measuring the angle on radiographs before and 4 weeks after the operation. The S group had significantly greater flexion with both CR type(posterior cruciate retention design) and PS type(posterior stabiliser design) than the K group. Deep flexion was achieved in 46% of the cases in the S group. The advantage of this study was that the designs were compared in patients operated on by the same surgeon by same procedure in which the parallel cut technique was used.
